Ricardo came and completed the project with no problems. He responded initially very quickly and provided a reasonable cost estimate. Once we settled on a date and time, he arrived promptly and began the work. He completed the project in a few hours and threw in another small fix I needed. He was clean and had no issues completing the work. The quality was excellent. I’m so excited to find a competent and professional handyman that I can use for other projects as well. Ricardo was on time, prepared and we walked the job together. He assessed residential needs, and identified items of concern. Job was completed as to what was written and agreed upon. Casing, baseboard and patching were done (in preparation for painting). Patching and baseboard installed to safeguard the health of home residents. Notice the detail of his returns. Very little trash and cleanliness was a top priority. His tools were well taken care of and in excellent condition. Ricardo identified future items of concern and called out details that could easily be missed. Thanks for the opportunity to view your portfolio and to work with you. He has a knack for working with wood and communicating. At the end of the job, we walked it again to insure satisfaction. Grateful.
