My brothers and I moved my mother out of her 1 bed 1 bath home. I was initially quoted $200 for a move out clean + windows and oven. 15 minutes after leaving her alone I receive a txt that se has left and doesn't want to come back unless I double the price to $400. Since we were only in town for a few days we threw money at the problem and just had her do it. When I came back to the apartment the windows & oven were not cleaned. On the bright side it smelled & felt cleaner. Also, she did a great job on the bathroom.
