Jose was very professional responding to my inquiry and making sure to keep in contact. He and his crew were very punctual to time given, actually earlier than I expected, and affable in receiving direction. The work they executed tilling my lawn and leveling for weed barrier was excellent. They went above and beyond to satisfy their client. I will be utilizing them for my next project. He is the best. I had other people calling themselves “Professionals” that were not even close to what Jose presented. And did I mention he cleaned up afterwards?! That’s “A” class customer service. Do not pass him by, he and his crew are hard workers and will deliver!

Do not hire for lawn cutting service. This company sent a Gardner to cut the front and backyard. Service was booked for cutting, using an edger with a blade to provide a clean manicured line and blowing off the surfaces on the property. The Gardner did not use an edger and when we asked for him to use the blade edger he got mad and irate saying it would be extra when that service is included. He cut the grass without a catcher on the mower and left grass on top of grass. He also said it’s too much work to cut the grass that is 4 inches and that is not overgrowth and reasonable. He tried to change the terms of the agreed payment when he is not the owner that booked the service here with me on thumbtack. He refused to finish the work and left the sidewalk with trimmings and lawns a complete mess!!!!. I called the owner to advise and he said he forgot to tell the Gardner about the edging. Well that’s not professional business. Do not hire this company. Grass cutting is pretty straight forward: cutting, edging and blowing off the surfaces. These lawns were cut recently and not overgrowth. This Gardner that was sent did not want to work, hostile, and very very unprofessional. I asked him to just finish and don’t leave the property as is and he said no. He would have been paid upon completing the lawn services. I was told to pay the owner that hired him to cut. Very unorganized and embarrassing conduct from this company. I was told one thing upon booking and when the service provider arrived to cut the lawn he tried to change the terms and he is not the owner. Do yourself a favor and skip the company for grass cuts.
