Finding Jenny was truly a blessing for our family. My daughter had been struggling with Geometry for months and we were both feeling overwhelmed and discouraged, until Jenny stepped in.
We have only used her once so far, but even after just one session, I could see a shift. Jenny was punctual, patient, and explained things in a way that actually made sense. Jenny tutored me a few times helping me prepare for my midterm exam, before I met her I was pretty much lost and didn't know where to start. She went through everything I was unsure of and made sure I understood before we moved on. She is punctual, polite and a great mathtutor. I reached out to a number of tutors, but Jenny was the first to respond and set up an in-person session. We exchanged numbers and met that same week.
Jenny came to my house prepared. She took notes during our session and gave me practice problems to work on. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the math concepts we were working on. If I did not, she would break them down into smaller, less technical problems. Jenny also had the ability to connect the concept to something that relates to you so you'd be able to understand.
Thanks to our 3-4 sessions I was able to pass my math course and advance to the next stage of my life. I'd highly recommend her.

I needed a tutor for my daughter in the new Integrative Math 8. Jenny is an excellent tutor. She is very patient a explains the concepts thoroughly. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows a lot about this new common core math. This new math initiative includes algebra and geometry together in one class! I never heard of it but As soon as I mentioned what class it was Jenny knew immediately what the concepts were. My daughters grades are improving thanks to Jenny !

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everybody learns differently. It is important to get to know each student and their learning technique in order to help them improve their grades. I create my lessons based on how the student learns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A Bachelor degree in Biology with over twelve years of experience in tutoring. Master's degree in Psychology.
Past work includes working for a non-profit organization named "Homework House".
