I reached out to a number of tutors, but Jenny was the first to respond and set up an in-person session. We exchanged numbers and met that same week. Jenny came to my house prepared. She took notes during our session and gave me practice problems to work on. She answered all of my questions and made sure I understood the math concepts we were working on. If I did not, she would break them down into smaller, less technical problems. Jenny also had the ability to connect the concept to something that relates to you so you'd be able to understand. Thanks to our 3-4 sessions I was able to pass my math course and advance to the next stage of my life. I'd highly recommend her.

Jenny tutored me a few times helping me prepare for my midterm exam, before I met her I was pretty much lost and didn't know where to start. She went through everything I was unsure of and made sure I understood before we moved on. She is punctual, polite and a great math tutor. I took my mid term today and I feel very confident about it thanks to her, highly recommended.

Jenny is tutoring my son in math and biology. My son attends a college prep high school. She has been very flexible with the schedule and really wants him to "understand" the material. Although it has only been two sessions thus far my child is excited to learn and he understands the material. She arrives on time , confirms the day of and is very professional. So far we are happy with her service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everybody learns differently. It is important to get to know each student and their learning technique in order to help them improve their grades. I create my lessons based on how the student learns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A Bachelor degree in Biology with over ten years of experience in tutoring. Currently in grad school to pursue Master's degree in Psychology. Past work includes working for a non-profit organization named "Homework House".

Students age 4-20 years old.
