FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the scope, materials, and time required for each project—no one-size-fits-all quotes. For smaller jobs, we may have minimum service charges. Mobile/on-site estimates can include a service fee, which is credited back if you hire us for the work. We focus on doing the job right the first time, so you’re not paying to fix it later.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your project and goals. From there, we may review photos or schedule an on-site visit if needed. Once we assess the work, we provide a clear quote and timeline. After approval, we complete the fabrication or repair with a focus on durability and clean workmanship, then walk you through the finished result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Connor has hands-on welding and fabrication experience working with steel and structural components in real-world applications. His training comes from both formal welding education and extensive field work, where precision and strength matter.
