Gio is absolutely amazing! Not only was he responsive but willing to review the damage in my apt complimentary. Unfortunately my apt complex can only use their approved vendors so he could not do the work but he was communicating with me still after the job to ensure that everything was done correctly! I had a leakage in my kitchen and I contacted Gio. He immediately came out to my home and did an inspection. He informed me I had water damage along with mold. He came fully equipped and got to work right away. I had my kitchen back to normal within a reasonable time frame.
