- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real estate commissions are negotiable. Our total listing commission ranges depending on the level of service you choose. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may cancel your listing after 3 weeks of marketing. (Note: It's never happened.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication and understanding is key. We meet for usually an hour - hour and a half to discuss your needs and goals. We share our experience, process and strategies to see if we are a good fit to work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to the continuing education to renew our license, we keep up with all of the new laws, trends and market realities. We are actively engaged in the market and alert our clients whenever a change may impact them.
