Ahmad has been a great asset to our Homeowners Association. We were self managed before and struggled to get projects done or even started. He has helped us collect back dues, while still maintaining good relations with all the homeowners, even those he collected from. We have just completed our first major project, repairing some significant water damage. Thanks to Ahmad’s help, the project has been completed and approved by the city and now we are starting in on our next project right away.His hard work and enthusiasm are greatly appreciated.

I moved to Glendale, CA from out of state in 2011 and S.I.G. was the first and only property management company I needed to deal with. From the time I moved in, all throughout the four years I lived in my apartment, they were always very accommodating, but to be honest I rarely ever had to communicate with them. In my opinion, this is the best relationship you can have with a landlord! On the rare occasion(once, maybe twice in 4 years) that I did need help with something, they were always very easy to reach through phone or email and would send maintenance out the same day. I've since moved out of the area, but when I return, there's nobody else I would go to for a place to live than S.I.G. Thanks again S.I.G. and I hope to be back soon!

I have been using Formatic to manage my properties and they are doing a great job. They have yet to miss collecting rent including any required late fees as per the contract. They provide simple and timely statements. They take all the hassle out of managing my properties in CA. Their fees are reasonable as well.

HOWEVER, I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A BETTER COMPANY FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS. WHEN YOU OWN RENTAL PROPERTY, THERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE THE MOST DIFFERENCE - HAVING GREAT TENANTS WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY, LEASING THE PROPERTY FAST AND NOT LOSE MONEY FROM UNIT BEING VACANT TOO LONG, AND TAKING CARE OF REPAIRS IF ANY QUICKLY AND COST EFFECTIVELY. I have worked with Sheimroch on and off for the last few years, and am happy to say that I highly recommend her services. She has always been punctual at responding to my individual needs, as well as the tenants' needs, and quickly makes adjustments when unique situations arise. She really thinks outside the box and her creativity at solving potentially huge issues, comes in handy for me and the tenant/vendor, especially because I am out of state often. Although it is impossible to predict every negative scenario I am confident that she will use her excellent professional judgement when deciding a course of action, which I trust completely. I am a contractor and have managed my properties my self for long time as I had bad experience with property management companies in the past. Since I was busy with my contractor work and my renter got behind in paying rent for 2 months I had to turn to a property management who would be more on top of collecting rents. After interviewing few companies I hired EZ Realty & Property Management company. They collected the 2 months rent that my renter was behind also suggested that I should increase rents for my property. They did a fantastic job at this 4 Plex property that after seeing how they run business I handed them my other 5 properties. My number one reason to hand them my properties was their response time, their commitment to me as an owner. They were even able to find me more rental properties to purchase where I did the full rehab and made some good profit. I am very thankful to the entire team who has been doing a great service to me.
