Introduction: Tahnee Merideth comes with 16 years Real Estate experience & 10 plus years focusing purely on property management in the Orange County and Los Angeles Areas. I am very focused, I offer property management services for residential, vacation, and office/commercial properties. Tahnee's focus is to provide a complete range of residential, vacation, office/commercial property management services. Leaving the owner to go elsewhere to have those needs fulfilled. Specifically, many of my competitors don’t pay Homeowner Association payments, maintenance bills and other bills related to owning a home. These are areas of property ownership or investment which have proven to be problematic, especially for absentee owners, many of whom reside out of state and outside of the United States. By providing these services, I am in direct contact with the service providers from start to finish, relieving the property owners from the burden of handling these issues.

Tahnee is great! I was having trouble with my current tenant and property manager. She jumped on a call after I reached out and provided me a lot valuable info even during the first meet. She is knowledgeable and having decent experience with property management.

Best decision to hire her. She was able to get an excellent tenant within days of posting and have the rent be $450 more than the prior tenant (don’t ask, apparently previous property manager had no idea what market rate was...). 100% would hire her again. Very responsive and followed correct procedures t protect landlord.
