- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most customers like our process of communicating directly with them on individual options and rough estimate cost right over the phone. Sometimes, an exact price can be provided over phone or as we prefer a free quotation in person. We do our best to be upfront with you so you know the best way to move forward to quickly get your security project up and running
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we have combined experience of well over 100 years in the security industry. we have all been trained and certified in all the products that we sell and have been background checked and insured for any security project
