FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a base rate that can change at any given time depending on the size and need of the job to include extra manpower, mileage fees, to even equipment that will be needed on the job. If a job requires certifications and or special equipment, I need to be able to pay my officers for their time, to include having to acquire certifications while not on the job as reimbursement to include paying any fees relating to any personal usage of their own vehicles or cell phones.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get full details of the event or location. Most cases, I like to meet with my clients well in advance before taking on any accounts or events to see if we would make a great match for whatever services the client requires. For wedding and or any special occasions, I generally ask for 1-2 months in advance, but can also be booked as far out as a year. I also provide service contracts so that my clients and I are on the same page.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served in the United States Army for 8 years and in those 8 years, I got into Security. I would have chosen the other route (law enforcement) but I enjoy working with individuals that can be helped first without having to involve law enforcement and unnecessary arrests if possible. I believe everyone should have a second chance. I try my best to de-escalate bad situations, whether created by another individual or if I am just trying to help any transients in need.
