I had an incredible experience with Stoneshine, I am so glad I chose them for the job! When my granite countertop finally gave in and completely cracked, I ultimately assumed I would have to replace the entire countertop. I called up Stoneshine where they were very informative and kind, offering to come in person to see what solutions they could offer. With my schedule being booked up, I was very appreciative that the technician arrived right on time. I was also very relieved when they recommended the service of repairing the crack countertop rather than having to completely replace it. I felt hopeful again! They gave me a reasonable quote right on the spot and we scheduled a date that would work best for me. When the technicians came to repair the countertop, they were all very hard working and careful being sure to tape up and cover the areas that weren’t being touched. The job was fairly quick and everything was spotless once they were done. I have to say, I am so impressed with the results! What a major difference, my countertop looks new again! I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend Stoneshine for any of your stone restoration needs. Thank you so much for your help (:

I contracted Stoneshine because I host events at multiple venues throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire (30 in total); most of my venues require cleaning, sealing and polishing of the concrete floors; I got tired of getting price gouged every time I called a concrete polishing company to provide maintenance for my floors on a routinely basis. The maintenance manager of our facilities had work with Stoneshine before at one of his houses, they provided concrete polishing for the cement floors on his garage; he advised me to get a quote from them to provide ongoing maintenance for all our event warehouse facilities and venues. I had my doubts but I am glad I did; Miguel came out and worked out a maintenance plan where we could maintain our floors looking nice and shinny for all our events and prospect clients. After six months of continous work with Stoneshine I can attest that they are the most reliable, price friendly and courteous company I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with it; I recommend them 100%. I have a home in Newport Coast and I just hired them to restore all our natural stone surfaces in my entire house after almost 20-years, now my wife and I are so happy that our marble and travertine floors look better than new!! I’ve been interested in giving my garage a makeover but the ugly, dull concrete floors made me think that doing so would not be possible. I looked up different solutions to this issue and came across Stoneshine where they recommended I get the concrete polishing service. I scheduled an estimator to come out where they were on time and gave me a quote on the spot. I was happy about the estimated price of the job so I booked an appointment for the following month. The workers were very professional and did an astonishing job and really brought my garage to life. I’ve never seen the concrete look so clean and shiny, I had no idea what a transformation polishing them would do. I’m very happy and impressed by the results and saved me so much money in comparison to getting flooring installed. I called Stoneshine from my house here in Laguna Beach to have my granite and marble fixed since it was broken and I needed to fix it urgently, and Stoneshine was able to give me an estimate much more quickly than I thought and the price was good. I received a nice service, apart from the fact that they had enough people to finish the job on time as promised, and the staff were very punctual when they arrived at the agreed time, and they also did an excellent job leaving my granite and marble as if nothing had happened to it. Above all, I liked the communication that Stoneshine has with its clients, since they let people know what they are going to do before they do it.
