- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your Booking with Gettone International is subject to our terms and conditions contained herein. Terms and conditions are also available during your first scheduled lesson. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions we will not be able to provide the services you require. 1. Types of services available: - Individual Lessons - Packages (Prepaid) 2. Payment Policy • All digital payments must be received PRIOR to lessons. Cash payments must be received at the START of the scheduled lesson. • No late payments are accepted. If payment is not received PRIOR to the start of your lesson, your appointment will be considered as cancelled. • If you wish to extend your lesson time on the same day of appointment - you will be prorated according to the hourly rate set for your lessons. 3. Cancellation Policy: We understand that there are circumstances that will result in a cancellation of your lesson. If a circumstance arises where you cannot keep your lesson it is important to contact us so that you might avoid being charged deposits or other fees and charges. • If you need to cancel your appointment, a 48 hour advanced notice is required. Cancellations after the 48 hour notice will be charged the full rate accordingly. Cancellations notified prior to 48 hours from the scheduled date receive a full refund less a 10% Admin / Credit Card fee. • If you booked your appointment 24 hours prior and need to cancel, you have a 12 hour window time for cancellation. Anything after 12 hours will be charged the full rate accordingly. • The coach that you have a scheduled appointment with that does not receive a text/email/voicemail regarding the cancelled appointment - you will be charged the full rate & it will be considered a "no show". 4. Appointment Policies • Late Show: If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, the coach has the right to cancel the lesson as a "no show" - and you will be charged the full rate accordingly. • No Show: The coach that you have a scheduled appointment with that does not receive a text/email/voicemail regarding the cancelled appointment - you will be charged the full rate & it will be considered a "no show". • If you have a history of 2 "no shows" all your futures appointments will be cancelled and charged the full rate accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gettone International provides an assessment during the first tennis lesson to determine what’s the best individualized program for the student. At the end of the lesson feedback will be given to the student along with getting a clear understanding of the students short and long term goals. In our Professional Tennis Program we do reassessments every 3 months to help you reevaluate your short and long term goals. We are committed to helping you get the most out of our program, and if you're committed as well - we value that. This program was designed to ensure you're getting the most out of your time with Gettone International.

Myself, the owner of Gettone International was a top ranked player. I’ve been teaching tennis for 21 years. I’ve developed students from beginner to ranked Nationally, ITF, WTA, ATP. Gettone International Scholarships are also available once a year. We are currently accepting applications until December 2020.
