I am a Store Manager for Starbucks and have had many window cleaners over the years to clean my storefront windows. Renown Window Cleaning by far exceeded all my expectations. Grant was quick to respond to all of my questions and flexible with hours. My business peak times vary and he was able to clean the windows thoroughly and efficiently with minimal business interruption. He was even able to take off sticky residue from signage that built up over the years that all other window cleaners neglected. Going forward I will only use Renown Window Cleaning and recommend them to all the stores in my district. Our house is basically all windows and Grant did a great job cleaning all of them! He came on time and did excellent work. Grant was kind and respectful. He encouraged us to take a look at his work before heading out to make sure the windows were all taken care of.

Our windows were sparkling when Grant left. We are very pleased with the job that he did. We are new to the world of window washing so I did not realize that screens and tracks are not included in the price and I did not think to ask. I also had no idea of the amount of time it might take. This information up front would be very helpful. For a very small additional fee we were able to get our screens cleaned. He took his time and our windows look great. He was very respectful of our property and we felt very comfortable having him in our home. Thank you, Grant for your hard work!
