10 stars would be a better rating. Oscar showed up for a rapid request. The work quality was amazing. No cost overruns. He explained exactly what I needed and did an amazing job. I wish I knew him sooner. I had extremely limited space. He was able to add to Tesla chargers and install new high amp breakers to supply them. Great job!!!
