- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every order requires a deposit. After negotiation of the total price, a 50% deposit is required to book a date. The final payment is due after the video is completed and approved. All final approvals are final.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every order requires a deposit. After negotiation of the total price, a 50% Paypal deposit is required to book a date. An email including a Paypal invoice will be sent to you for documentation. The final payment is due after the video is completed and approved. All final approvals are final. Turn around time takes approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on the project. For expedited services, an additional $50 - $100 is required. Expedited services must be requested in advance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a bachelors in Mass Communications at Jackson state University. The beauty in Mass Comm is the science of being able to send a potent message to a mass audience. With photography and video, I'm able to show and share a moment with an audience through my eyes. Being a recording artist myself allows me to completely understand what other entertainers are looking for and be open to every level of creativity they are seeking. Simply, my job is to magnify the beauty in other people's lives and not leave out one detail.
