- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair, straightforward, and based on the scope of work, materials, and labor. We provide detailed estimates upfront, so there are no surprises. For larger remodels, we can discuss pricing options that fit your budget. Our goal is to deliver high-quality work at a reasonable price, and we’re always happy to talk through options to make sure you get the best value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a conversation. I’ll come out to see the space, listen to your ideas, and discuss your vision for the project. From there, I’ll provide a clear estimate, outlining the work, cost, and timeline. Once we agree on the details, I’ll get to work, keeping you updated throughout the process. I make sure everything is done right and that you’re completely happy with the results before calling it finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience. I’ve been in the construction and remodeling industry for a long time, working on everything from flooring and fencing to full home remodels. Over the years, I’ve learned the best techniques to ensure quality work that lasts.
