Just had sod installed at my home, and I’m really happy with the work. The crew was on time, worked efficiently, and paid attention to the details. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything looked neat before they left. The new lawn looks fresh and even, and they took the time to answer a couple of questions I had about watering and care. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend them.

Jacob and his father were amazing! They showed up when they said they would. They put out great quality work. All while being professional. They went above and beyond and even included looking at the front yard sprinklers and fixing one of the valves when it was not part of the original bid. I could not be more happy with the finished product and they were quick too! 2 days and my backyard was transformed. Can't thank J&M landscaping enough! If you are looking for a landscaping professional, look no further and do yourself a favor and hire J&M.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process I take my customers through is first I set a day to come meet with them and look at the job. After I meet with them it either takes me a day or two to send them a bid. Once they receive the bid then they let me know their decision. If they decide to hire me, I then ask them for a 10% Deposit to block date off. A week before the job commence I ask for another 40% of the amount to buy materials needed for the job. Once job is complete the amount due is paid in full.
