FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hello. The standard travel fee is $15 and the California notarization fee is $12 per signature. The pricing is negotiable. There will be a higher travel fee codependent on your distance from the Antioch/Concord area. I would be happy to grandfather in pricing for repeat customers. I also give discounts for Yelp and Thumbtack reviews or referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually have a phone conversation with them over the phone where I ask what their needs are. I then confirm the time of the signing, pricing, that they have the proper identification, and have them text me the address (I'm driving a lot.) I meet them at the site, verify ID, verify that the paperwork is all filled in (except signatures most of the time), and we go through every page. We do the notarizations. We double check the documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with title and mortgage companies as an account manager and courier since 2003.
