most jobs are bids. every job is different, With a customer agreement usually extras will get tacked on with an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
most big jobs the Customer will get greeted with a handshake, and after a brief walk through in person or email I'll present them with a reasonable bid followed by another handshake
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
high school diploma, and years of on the job training.
