He quoted 1400 to start with later went down to 1000. He needs special instructions from me to check inside Attic and take pics before and after. Also test fix after with water.

Came short notice and was great at communicating ETA. Explained the problem well and what needed to be done. He was in contact with my landlord but also kept me in the loop. I had a leak in my roof and they came out and repaired it on the spot. It rained a lot the next few days and the repair held up. They checked back to be sure it was all good after the fact. I’m pleased with their work and will do business with them again.
