Great work done fast and on time. Flexible on time and good-hearted. When he knew we will be without hotwater, in this cold weather, he proposed to provide the parts for free so we don’t have to wait for the company to ship the parts. We were in need a urgent need to get our waterheater fixed. Checked with few other vendors who were trying to upsell and pressuring in replacing into a new one. Called reliable waterheaters, the owner was responsive and at our door at the agreed time. Replaced it with new one after explaining all the pro and cons. There was pressure on sales and everything was cleaned after installation.

Can't say enough great things about this company! Nadjib is an absolute lifesaver. We found out our waterheater was completely busted on a Sunday afternoon and were resigned to having no hot water for the next few days. However, I found Reliable on Yelp and Nadjib was at my place within half an hour. Even better, he replaced and set up a new waterheater just like that. Not only does he do incredible work, but he is the ultimate professional--responsive, courteous, and doesn't mess with you on pricing.

Our quotes are flexible to accommodate discounts to veterans and senior, as well as people who will feel comfortable by making payments. This practices are not acceptable for our company, furthermore, this practice is considered by us to be dishonest and not a part our work ethics.
