Zeb from Zeb's Plumbing arrived on time. He put on booties over his shoes to protect our floors before he entered the house!
He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He also gave us valuable advice on what products to use to help keep toilets clean.
He replaced the wax ring under a toilet so quickly, I couldn't believe it. So thankful for Zeb! Thank you Thumbtack! Awesome experience!

Zeb arrived at my home in a timely manner. He was clean and polite, wore shoe covers. Zeb found my problem pretty quickly, experience working on his side. Zeb was the fourth plumber I had either met (two others) or spoken with (one additional) over the phone. Everyone told me something different. It wasnt easy to trust what Zeb was saying as a result. Turns out, Zeb was right. Zebs confidence sold me. He seemed to exude an attitude of either Im right, or Ill figure it out and that gained my trust. Im glad I took a chance on him. His diagnosis was spot on, his work far less invasive, and cheaper than other plumbers were quoting me. He suggested some measures for me to take in maintaining my septic system, which of course, I will follow. I will not hesitate to call Zeb again, should I have another issue. This is a guy you want to make your plumber. Thanks, Zeb!
