We offer the following services in office areas, hallways, stairs, entries, etc: * Dust all areas, including ceilings and walls, on top, front and sides * Fluff and straighten cushions and pillows * Sweep and wet mop hard-surface floors * Vacuum carpeted floors * Clean glass tables * Dust picture frames * Wipe down or dust lamp shades * Wipe and dust blinds dusted, if needed * Sanitize telephones * Empty, damp wipe waste receptacles and replace liners, if desired * Restock toiletries as scheduled, if desired * Remove smudges around doorjambs, push plates, light switches, glass partitions, counters and unobstructed work areas * Remove soil from entrance doorframes, handles, glass and threshold * Remove carpet spots * Do light general straightening Below are the services that do in restrooms: * Dust and sanitize all surfaces, as needed * Scrub, rinse and buff sinks * Clean fixtures * Thoroughly clean and rinse tub and/or shower, if applicable * Disinfect toilets inside and out, including the base and behind * Clean vanity tops * Clean mirrors * Vacuum or sweep and mop floors * Do light general straightening Below are the services we perform in break rooms/kitchen areas: * Dust and sanitize all surfaces, as needed * Clean countertops and backsplashes * Scrub, rinse and buff sinks * Vacuum or sweep and mop floors * Clean outsides of appliances (ovens, microwaves, refrigerators where clear, dishwashers, stovetops, etc.) * Clean insides of microwaves * Wipe small appliances (toasters, blenders, etc.) * Wash tables * Do light general straightening Our miscellaneous service is reporting any unusual occurrences, malfunctions or damages.
