Introduction: Raising the Bar is about bringing the luxury and service of an upscale restaurant into your home or venue. We are two professionally trained individuals with more than 10 years of experience in each of our fields.
Benjamin is the chef, classically trained in Italy and has worked throughout Europe, has a diverse range of cooking styles and has many fusion recipes, as well as traditional recipes.
Zach is the mixologist, trained in many new school, mixing techniques as well as all the classics. He is meticulous and can provide quite a viewing spectacle. We will work with you to create a menu of food and/or drinks to fit your liking and budget.
We can provide the food and alcohol, as well as all the equipment. The only things we will need is the dishware, silverware, and glasses. We will do the cleanup on everything we dirty. Throwing a party or event is great and fun, though the main problem is that you miss most of the fun, cooking, making drinks, or cleaning up.
