About
We are a family of three professional photographers with over 30 years experience. We do all types of photography-including but not limited to : family/children photos, weddings, maternity,high school seniors, college graduations, portraits- singles, couples, etc.-- all types of events ( anniversaries, proms,special ceremonies,etc.), and commercial work ( residential and business) .
We have a studio in Arroyo Grande for indoor photos ( items and products for sales purposes, passports, modeling head shots, professional business photos),etc. We travel all over Calif.-usually at no extra charge. We had an amazing experience with Tumam Photography! We hired them while on a trip for my in laws 50th wedding anniversary to take a family portrait. They were quick and efficient with our time which was great with little kids! The quality is perfect and we are very happy with the results! Highly recommend!

Maxwell and Dorothy were flexible and patient as we needed to reschedule a few times. Once the session began, they gave detailed instructions and confidence what to expect. They were great dealing with the elements of an outdoor setting. My son was resistant to smile and they captured a few thoughtful poses. Many thanks Tuman's!! =)

We used Tuman Photography for my daughters senior pictures.
I told him exactly the type of pictures we would like to capture.
It was very obvious he listened and found the perfect spots to capture my daughters photos. Tuman is a husband ,wife team and they are wonderful. They made my daughter so comfortable and made taking the shots fun. Even though I have only seen a handful of shots, I was blown away at what they had captured with my daughter. The shots were so beautiful and these were rough pics!! I can wait to see all the finished pictures they took.
I took a chance when I found Truman photography not knowing a lot about them and I will tell you it was the best choice I made. I now know who I will use for all my my special occasions, family, and sport pictures. I am more than happy~ Thank you for doing a great job Tuman Photography!! I hope to add some photos to my review real soon. Such amazing photos photos!!

We were traveling to California for an anniversary trip and had a very tight timeline to have our photos taken. Maxwell and Dorothy worked with us to have pictures ON our anniversary and recommended a beautiful spot on Shell Beach. The photos turned out great! The duo were very responsive and even gave us recommendations for what to wear and pointed us to a great local spot for brunch. We couldn’t be happier with their kind and professional service!
