There is an excitement and thrill that I feel when I pick up my camera and go out to capture life in its fullness. In each picture there is a message, a story, a life. I knew I wanted a photographer on hand to take photos of me proposing to my girlfriend at Daou winery in Paso Robles but had no idea how to orchestrate all of it. Ben was so incredibly easy to work with and helpful throughout the entire process. He even did a little acting for us, posing as a tourist taking pics of the landscape before turning his camera on us as I proposed. Really friendly, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

Ben is friendly, great with large groups and very helpful. We loved working with him...he managed 7 kids, 8 adults (ranging in age from 4 months to 80 years old!) at a crowded beach and managed to get countless variations of group photos in both posed and candid shots. He was patient and so kind. We’re so grateful to have worked with him! We love our photos and he got them back to us so quickly. You’ll be so happy to choose Ben!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a travel fee for jobs that are over an hour's drive away. The travel charge is $20 per hour of driving. This helps cover drive time, gas and vehicle maintenance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
