Kai Bland, owner of Bland's Handy Home Services, is more than a "handy man." He oversees and completes all projects and renovations himself at a fair and reasonable price. Kai is willing to listen to what the customer wants to achieve while being honest about the end result. I wouldn't choose anyone else for any renovation, remodeling, or repair.
