Arturo was very professional on communication on what to expect the day of the carpet cleaning what to expect with results of the carpet cleaning. He was very straight out talking about that stains may come back and educating me that it's because of a stain being on the underlining of the carpet or just deep into the carpet it may come back up after the carpet dries. So hearing all that at first was very clear to me just in case I see stains after the process that I knew before hand and knowing it wasn't his fault it's due to a deep stain.
