Pricing depends on scope, materials, and project complexity. We provide clear, written estimates so there are no surprises. Remodeling projects typically require a deposit to secure scheduling and cover initial labor/material costs. We focus on quality and durability — we may not always be the lowest bid, but we stand behind our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We start with a quick phone consultation to understand the project scope. 2. We schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the space and discuss design, materials, and budget. 3. We provide a detailed written estimate with scope of work and timeline. 4. Once approved, we schedule the project and coordinate materials if needed. 5. We maintain open communication throughout the job and complete a final walkthrough to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling, including bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, drywall, electrical upgrades, carpentry, and custom installations. Our experience comes from working directly on full home renovations and detailed finish work. We follow current building practices and prioritize safety, structural integrity, and clean workmanship.
