Completed multiple projects preparing house for new tenants. Massive amount of work in just a few days. Worked throughout the day and well into the night to meet the deadline. I had the best experience hiring Phil! He provided a clear no-cost estimate which was extremely affordable compared to other pros, and his communication up to (and on) the appointment day was great. Knowledgeable and proficient. Punctual, works quietly and fast. Leaves area neat and clean when work is completed. He found and fixed two plumbing leaks in the kitchen. The he ran a waterline (concealed under the floor) to my refrigerator in preparation for the installation of an icemaker. All this in a few hours and for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended, and I will use him again as needed.
