FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I put forth a lot of time and care to each project I bid. This is important because I want my customers to have the best and most accurate pricing I am able to provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
See their scope of work that is needed and give an estimation to its completion. Then I see a price that fits the need of the job outlook, and I figure out if I need to bring anyone to help me with the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my General B contractors license. I also currently work as a project manager for my fathers Construction business as well. He builds custom house, typically 5,000-6,000 sq. Ft. Also, my father is a framing contractor and works for other general contractors as well. I manage all types of projects for my dad and I always have his expertise at my disposal. This provides me with other licensed professionals that I already have a business relationship with, and whom would also work for me on any one of my projects as well.
