Standard going rate is 5% as a realtor. From time to time depending on circumstances sometimes price is negotiable.

I got started by purchasing my own home at the age of 24. Now having a few homes of my own I find myself in Real estate helping many clients that find me through social media and many referrals with the sale or purchase of their home.
