- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Used to be complicated. Now it's simple. No Hard Sells, No surprises. No Up Sells, One Simple, All Inclusive Price gets it all.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Facebook Message, Text or Phone consultation. I ask pertinent questions about what they want, the purpose of the photos and what they are seeking so I can build the photo session and image edits to exactly what the client needs and not what a photographer wants them to have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Completely self taught (in the film days) and for the past 3 years, Attended the WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International) seven day convention in Las Vegas where I attended classes taught by the best photographers in the industry.
