I start with a walkthrough to understand the client’s needs, create a tailored cleaning plan, and provide a trial or initial deep clean. Then we maintain consistent service and check in regularly to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed hands-on training in commercial and residential cleaning techniques, including proper use of cleaning chemicals, sanitation protocols, floor care, and safety procedures. Over time, I’ve also gained extensive experience managing teams and customizing cleaning plans to meet the specific needs of each client. My combination of formal training and real-world experience ensures every space is cleaned efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.
