We have an ongoing contract with CAP Safety for compliance and training. Chris Morales is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of safety compliance, OSHA standards and emergency procedures. He is very personable and friendly yet direct and to the point when conducting training sessions. Through audits and site surveys his recommendations are sound and his interest lies with the safety of our employees. Chris, from CAP Safety, came to my office and held a class on workplace safety in order for us to meet our compliance goals. He originally contacted me to offer his services, but I did not need them, or so i thought. After a workplace injury, we realized we needed to have a professional come in and evaluate our current procedures and protocols. Chris was able to point out numerous instances where we were lacking the proper training. Chris put together a plan, and after a reviewing it with him, we implemented it. I am more confident now, knowing my employees are properly trained. I also have great peace of mind knowing we are now fully in compliance.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For training sessions the prices depend on the number of individuals present at the training. Generally the more people present the less it cost per individual and eventually the price is capped and I will just charge a flat rate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently studying for the ASP (Associate Safety Professional) test and eventually obtain my CSP (Certified).
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I would always hang around and pick the brains of the safety personnel and find out how and why they got into the safety field. Eventually I seen my opportunity to change my career and purse my passion.
