- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each and every project is special and I strive to accommodate all necessary requirements at a reasonable cost with a minimum of fee-based "extras." Weddings, parties, and corporate events are based on a standard four-hour fee, with additional hours being billed at a minimal cost-per-hour basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out about what their vision for the event and discuss how best I can help them achieve it. If at all possible, I like to schedule a face-to-face meeting, if not, I am comfortable making all necessary plans and arrangements through email, telephone calls, or messaging.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a career public educator, I have spent much of my life in front of a variety of audiences and worked to clearly and concisely communicate information and work through problems.
