JS Electric was very professional and responsive for my electrical project. I scheduled an estimate visit with Jeff who gave me a fair and accurate quote. Two days later his electrician arrived on time and completed the project in a little over an hour. He went over everything with me to make sure all work was to my satisfaction. We needed some electrical outlets put on the front and back of our home, so we put out a call for help through Thumbtack. The professional who came for our estimate (and later did our work) was amazing! They listened to what we needed, asked lots of questions, and offered some thoughtful suggestions for ways to make our ideas come to life. We ended up getting our outlets installed with smart outlets, at the estimator’s suggestion, so we can set light timers and our patio and front of house turned out great! They even replaced a very loose outlet in the kitchen for free 💜 We definitely found our electricians if we need future work done 😊

I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Jeff and Domingo from JS Electric! I had some outdoor tennis court lights that had various electrical issues, and they helped make the project a snap! First I want to call out how professional Jeff was throughout the entire process, he treated me with respect when explaining any issues he found and help me understand what was wrong and why it needed to be fixed (or how to fix it). He also took the time to put together several quotes for all of the different options that we had to solve the problem. His pricing was fair and honest. He gave me various options to choose to fit my budget, which was totally unexpected and a pleasant surprise! He clearly explained the pros and cons of each type of light that we could have gone with and the cost benefit analysis. He helped make the final decision really easy overall. When it came time for the installation, they were able to get the job done on time, and the work quality was very professional! When we ran into some issues due to the construction being old, they solved the problems on the spot and made sure to keep me updated every step of the way! Please see the pictures. They do more justice than my words will! I am beyond thrilled with the level of care that was taken throughout this process and how flexible Jeff and Domingo were in completing the job. They easily have my recommendation to anyone, and I will definitely be using them again in the future!
