JS Electric responded within the time agreed upon. Tech was efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. He asked questions to get an understanding of our issues. He explained what could be done. The service fee for coming out was $100, but was applied to the cost of resolving the issue. A new part was needed, but tech left to obtain it, and was back within 30 min. to install it. He checked to be certain the electrical output was as it should be. was able to pay remaining balance by ZELLE.

We had two other electrician companies come out and couldn’t figure out our lighting issue. Claimed we need to demolish walls. JS came in and they fixed the issue in less than 2-3 hours. They were clean and informative. I will be using them from now on. I trust them and you should too.

We needed some electrical outlets put on the front and back of our home, so we put out a call for help through Thumbtack. The professional who came for our estimate (and later did our work) was amazing! They listened to what we needed, asked lots of questions, and offered some thoughtful suggestions for ways to make our ideas come to life. We ended up getting our outlets installed with smart outlets, at the estimator’s suggestion, so we can set light timers and our patio and front of house turned out great! They even replaced a very loose outlet in the kitchen for free 💜 We definitely found our electricians if we need future work done 😊
