Carl Leon, owner of Paseo Flooring has provided our family with the best flooring installation in my nearly forty (40) years of home ownership. Paseo Flooring was recommended by an equally enthusiastic friend, who knew that I wanted an experienced and fair hardwood floor contractor for my new bedroom and staircase home addition. Right away I was put at ease when the Paseo Flooring owner, Carl Leon, called me and arranged to come to my house instead of a salesman, or my having to go to an impersonal showroom. Carl Leon showed real interest for the project and took time to both inspect the work area in detail, and then listen about the look my wife and I were trying to create. Because of Carl Leonâs broad knowledge and connections within the industry, my wife and I couldnât be happier with the wonderful wood flooring that has turned out to be just the right selection and price. The Paseo Installation crews are real craftsmen, too. They take obvious pride in their work, and are efficient while making sure everything is laid down so there is no uneven ware, sounds, or lose boards. They came and completed the work when they said they would and polished everything up to perfection before leaving.
After six (6) monthsâ time I can tell you that the flooring in our new bedroom and staircase is just as beautiful as it was when first installed. My wife and I give our highest recommendation to Paseo Flooring and look forward to working with them on our next flooring project. Paseo Flooring is a truly great company.

I needed to replace the carpet in my living room and hallway with hardwood; I started with Home Depot who charged $50 just for measurement, then took more than a week before someone from a central office in Texas called me back for an estimate (they wanted to charge me $79 for delivery and $144 just to have someone carry the materials to the inside of my home!). Home Depot was slow, expensive, disorganized, no one took ownership of my project, always put me on endless hold when I called a local store, and no one seemed to know what was going on. I abandoned Home Depot and was fortunate to find Carl and his Paseo Flooring. He was quick, responsive, gave me a very reasonable and competitive quote much lower than my budget. Within a matter of days, the materials were ordered, and Carl accommodated my busy schedule and had the carpet removed and hardwood floor installed within a matter of hours. He was attentive to details, the product and installation was impeccable, and he personally took part in the installation and even vacuumed my floor at the end. Needless to say, I was completely satisfied with his work and would recommend Carl to anyone with a hardwood floor project. Thank you Carl!
