I would select all options above if possible. Oscar was fantastic. Very responsive, timely, provided written estimates as promised, punctual, very reasonably priced, job completed as projected, excellent work and I love my new home with all the work Oscar did. It looks amazing. He did all new laminate flooring and all new paint in every room. Plus some other random work I wanted done and we are having him do some additional work as well plus I'm having him back to do some other projects I decided I want done to the original job. Oscar was thorough and conscientious and he and his team cleaned up the inside and out on their last day. He also provided me his insurance and bonding information the first time we spoke which is very important. I am very pleased with Oscar Lopez Construction and would definitely employ again and definitely recommend.

Oscar did such an amazing job with our house. He replaced our patio roof and painted the exterior. We got multiple bids, and his prices were competitive, and we feel that this did not sacrifice quality. He stayed in communication with us during this project which was awesome. I really appreciate his expertise and advice on work we are doing with the house. Couldn't be happier!!
