From my past experience with handymen, I value first and foremost, work quality; but if the handyman does not respond to your request in a timely manner (or ignores the request) work quality does not matter. With Adolph, I got a very conscientious handyman that gets the job done in a professional, timely manner. The customer comes first with Adolph. He does not have a "minimum" charge, which is beneficial for the "small" jobs that need done.
