What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The timing of how long the job is how much junk you have and how many trips it might be
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer asks me for a estimate if they like it then that same day or next morning I show up to there house with my truck and trailer I introduce myself to them then they show me what they want hauled off from that point I get to work by picking up the junk then when everything is picked up and loaded I ask the customer to come and look at everything that’s has been picked up if they do I’ll haul it all to the dump.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work in the construction field so I know the feel of working hard laboring picking stuff up and getting it done.
