- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to be affordable while providing a top tier clean. Clients with high volume office work or reoccurring residential services can enjoy a loyalty discount as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon contact we will gather some information about your property and the type of clean you need. This can be things such as do you need a deep clean, standard clean, reoccurring services ect. A quote will usually be provided by phone/message unless there are special circumstances that require a walk through. Once you decide to book you will receive scheduling confirmation and updates through our scheduling software.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Having worked for another cleaning company in my home town I was ready to open my own company here in Kern County. I brought all the experience and lessons learned to my new company where you can benefit from the affordability of a locally owned company with experience.
