It is not finished yet but I would consider Mr. Nelson to be a professional. And he has been working with me to try to get the work done at the lowest cost to me while still having quality work.

Steve and his men, replaced entire 2000 square ft roof with new asphalt shingles, removed front section of roof, fixed leak on roof, replaced damaged wood in many sections. All new flashing around fire place and vent penatrations. New roofing paper and all new drip edge. Even hand cut all ridge caps by hand to save money. Excellent service, this is the 4th job I've hired Steve for. More jobs to come. Thanks Steve.

Contacting Steve was very easy and when we made arrangements to meet, he promptly arrived. Steve was very courteous and gave me detailed explanations on the process of replacing my roof. Steve provided a detailed Scope of Work with prices and explanations on the work to be completed. Steve met me at my local Home Depot where he used his military discount to help me save a ton of money off the supplies. Steve always arrived right on time. He diligently worked tirelessly to complete the extensive project on time. I have hired handy men before and often times they have add on expenses and unexplained delays in the completion of the project. Not Steve. He did what he said with a professional attitude and completed the project on time and for the price we agreed on. I would defiantly hire Steve again for future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estimates are determine on the project itself and the materials involved along with expected labor cost. I'm always willing to work with my customers. I will even Take payments in some situations. I'm very easy to deal with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I submit a quote and have made contact with a customer. I then like to meet with the customer to see the project and discuss materials. Offering all my customers a 10% DISCOUNT off all their MATERIALS. THROUGH Home Depot or Lowe's.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years in construction with many trades skills! Backgrounds in Electrical, Carpentry, Ironwork, Millwright, Welding, CA. State Certified Electrician since 2005. ANSI certified Arc Welder All Position. OSHA 10 Card. Certified Arial Lift / Fork lift / Boom Crane Opperater.
