Met Jose (the trailer hauler guy) told him what I need to be cleared out. Which was slabs of cement, wood and miscellaneous trash. He showed up the next day with small tractor and trailer and did a very job. He went above and beyond covering up some pot holes that were in my yard.

That a side he did exactly what I asked for. I understand sometimes there are changes and we have to adjust to them. There was more work than he originally thought. He honored his quote and kept the same work ethic till the job was done.
