- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a contingency fee basis. No fee is collected upfront. We only collect a fee for our services when a recovery is made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we are contacted by a client, we seek to immediately obtain all relevant information regarding a client's injuries, conduct a thorough investigation of the accident scene and put the insurance company and defendant on notice of our involvement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
