- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because every job is different, we prefer to get to know the client so we can create a package that best fits their needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Just as every person is different, every process with a new customer is different. We start by talking to the customer and asking what their vision is. If we're the right professional for them, we sign an agreement and start planning the project. After the event is shot, we go into editing and try to deliver the product to the customer as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 years combined experience in photography, cinematography, and graphic design. We are continually learning from our experiences and we keep improving the knowledge of our field by keeping up with what's new and always pushing ourselves to be better.
