- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I tend to offer a more reasonable average cost as I feel it is important, and i priced quality work. I won’t leave until your completely satisfied
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’d like to see what the issue is visually and then I can formulate a plan to resolve the issue. If you can send images that really helps to gather the necessary responses to resources
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in construction for about 20 Years and I currently work in natural gas distribution.
