Yes, I am constantly reading and reviewing the latest standards and industry best practices.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I double-concentrated in Management Information Systems and Accounting while earning a B.S. degree in Business Administration at CSU Bakersfield. I did an Internship at a public accounting firm and then went to work as a Business and Technology Consultant at a small company and discovered I am passionate about Information Technology as a career.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Commonly, I respond to calls for system maintenance for some type of computer software or hardware malfunction. I also design, estimate, install, maintain, and administer full networks including file servers, workstations, routers, hubs, switches, cabling, wireless, VPN's, cloud, local area network, wide area network, web servers, and application servers according to the requirements of the business usually a mission-critical application such as Accounting software for example.
